Most types of financial aid are credited to the students’ accounts to pay institutional charges, such as tuition, fees, and room.

After school charges are deducted, any remaining balance is to be used for other expenses, such as books, supplies, and living expenses. Upon completion of financial aid files, student financial aid payments are generally made the first Friday of each month.
